Culiacán / Mexico City, March 18 (Northwest / Still) .- A video surveillance camera captures the moment of this morning's explosion at Plaza Lemaz, located in the Tres Ríos Sector of Culiacán, Sinaloa.
In the image of just 21 seconds, the cloud of smoke that extends aggressively after the explosion, on the corner of Enrique Sánchez Alonso and Universitarios, can be seen on the right margin.
At this time, staff of the Attorney General's Office (FGE) is in the place investigating the event.
The point of the explosion is located in an area that concentrates bars and restaurants, on which there is a high flow of people, especially on weekends.
The video circulates through social networks and messaging applications, such as WhatsApp.
