Casandra Thorburn is alleged to have contacted the police during the ceremony of her ex-husband Karl Stefanovic's appointment to Jasmine Yarrow earlier this month.
The new Idea says Cassandra's call was triggered by "interest in her children," River and Ava, who were with Karl on a specific weekend when he decided to exchange promises with Jasmine.
The pictures from the event show that River and Ava did not attend the same ceremony but attended the festivities afterwards.
